Summary of Recent Buys - Week of August 30

My weekly summary of buys from around the blogging community for the week of August 30, 2015.

This weeks totals:

  • 56 Total Purchases(+1 from last week)
  • 41 Uniquely Different Stocks Bought (+6 from last week)
  • 19 Different Bloggers Posted Buys(-2 from last week)
A total of $41,725 was invested in dividend stocks this week.

Bloggers increased forward yearly dividends by  $1,692! That's a 4% Average Yield on Investment! Nice work bloggers!

Top 4 Purchased Stocks this week:
  1. WMT - 4 Buys
  2. CVX, JNJ, KMI,  - 3 Buys Each
WMT took the top spot this week with 3 others close behind.

Here is the F.A.S.T Graph for WMT. Take note how the EPS (orange line) and stock price (black line) have a strong correlation. Walmart appears to be valued fairly if not slightly under valued at this price which is partly why it is a top buy this week.

Here is the summary of stocks, amount invested, and which blogger posted the buy.

  1. Always love these updates to see how others are deploying their fresh capital. My August was small as you have noticed with just one buy in RY. I just posted my recent buys in September which already looks like it will be much busier than last month. Thanks for sharing.
